MynTech Software ("we", "us") operates myntechsoftware.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights — including your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are in the European Economic Area or the UK.
When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, or email, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your project enquiry. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage information under Google's own privacy policy.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and demo, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or send unsolicited newsletters. The legal basis for processing is your consent and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to serve your project relationship or as required by law. Project work is covered by NDAs on request, and all intellectual property in delivered work transfers to you.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing myntechsoftware@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to data portability, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
